BMS installers in London for smarter buildings

EcoNex are BMS installers and electrical contractors working across London and the South East. We design, manufacture, install, commission and maintain building management systems - one accountable team, from control strategy to final certificate.

What we do

One team for BMS & electrical

Seven specialist disciplines under one roof - so there is never a gap between the controls and the power. Every one has its own dedicated team, and its own page.

Why EcoNex

Engineers who own
the whole chain

Most controls problems live in the handover between disciplines. We remove those handovers - the designer, the installer, the electrician and the commissioning engineer all wear the same badge.

  • 01

    One accountable team

Directly employed design, installation, electrical and commissioning engineers - no subcontract chain to chase.

  • 02

    Open protocol, always

BACnet, Modbus, Trend and LON. You are never locked to one manufacturer or one maintainer.

  • 03

    Built for live buildings

Phased retrofit and out-of-hours works planned around the occupier, not the other way round.

  • 04

    Energy in the strategy

Net zero targets and metering designed in from day one, then proven at commissioning.

  • 05

    Everything self-delivered

Controls, electrical and commissioning by our own engineers - shorter lead times and drawings that match reality.

  • 06

    Cover after handover

PPM, 24/7 reactive support and annual performance reviews keep the system performing.

Questions

Choosing BMS installers in London

Which parts of London do you cover?+

We work across all of Greater London, from the City and Canary Wharf to outer boroughs, and into the South East. Our location pages cover the areas we work in most.

Which BMS platforms do you install and maintain?+

We work with Trend, Distech, ETA and Sontay equipment, and with open protocols such as BACnet, Modbus and LON. That keeps you free to choose who maintains your system later.

Can you install a BMS in an occupied building?+

Yes. Most of our London work is in live buildings. We phase installs floor by floor and plan noisy or disruptive work out of hours, so occupiers keep working.

Do you do the electrical work as well as the controls?+

Yes. Our own engineers handle containment, cabling, power to panels and field devices alongside the controls, so there is no gap between electrician and BMS contractor.

Do you build your own control panels?+

Yes. We design and manufacture control panels and test them before they reach site, which shortens commissioning and reduces surprises on install day.

What happens after installation?+

We commission and prove every point before handover, then offer planned maintenance contracts and reactive cover so the system keeps performing.

Can you upgrade an old Trend system rather than replace it?+

Often, yes. We upgrade older Trend IQ controllers and supervisors in stages, keeping what still works and replacing what is out of support.

How do I get a quote?+

Send us a short description of the building and the work through the contact form, or call 0208 264 8858. We usually reply the same working day.
